What is Bircel

Bircel bundles Pump.fun tokens into one tradeable, ETF-style basket — a Bircel. Instead of hunting down ten coins and managing ten positions, you hold a single share that represents all of them at once.

Every basket is always backed 1:1 by the real coins sitting in an onchain vault. A Bircel isn't a synthetic price feed or a bet against the house — it's a wrapper around actual tokens you can redeem for at any time.

How it works

Three steps, start to finish.

01
Pick the basket

Choose the Pump.fun tokens you believe in and set a weight for each, or buy into a basket someone else already built. One theme, one ticker.

02
Get your share

Your SOL buys the whole basket in a single move — no juggling ten separate swaps. You walk away holding one share, backed 1:1 by the coins inside.

03
Redeem anytime

Sell your share back for its live cut of the basket. The price always tracks the real-time value of every coin inside — no lockups, no waiting.

Creating a Bircel

Anyone can build a basket, and launching one is free. You'll set five things:

  • Name — what your basket is called.
  • Ticker — up to 8 characters, the symbol traders will search for.
  • Category — Theme, Index, Community, or Experimental.
  • Tokens & weights — pick at least two Solana tokens and set weights that sum to exactly 100%.
  • Launch — publish it live for anyone to buy.

Once it's live, your basket shows up in Explore alongside every other Bircel on the platform.

Buying & redeeming

Buy into any Bircel for whatever SOL amount you want — there's no minimum basket size. Your SOL is spread across the underlying coins according to their weights, and you receive shares 1:1 with the SOL you put in.

Redeeming works the same way in reverse. Sell or redeem your share at any time and you get back its live value across the basket — the price you see is the real-time sum of every coin inside, so there's nothing to time or unlock.

Backed 1:1 onchain

Every Bircel is fully collateralized by the tokens it holds. When someone buys a share, the underlying coins are purchased and parked in the basket's onchain vault — nothing is minted without the backing to support it.

That's the whole point: a share is a redeemable claim on real assets, not an IOU. If you hold it, the coins exist, and you can always trade the share back for your slice of them.

Fees

Launching a Bircel is free. Creators can set a small creator fee that they earn on every buy and sell of their basket — a way to get paid for curating a good one that people actually trade.

The fee is baked into the basket's economics and shown before you trade, so there are no surprise charges at checkout.

FAQ

Is Bircel custodial?

No. A Bircel is collateralized by the underlying tokens held in an onchain vault tied to the basket — not by us. Your share is a claim on those real coins, redeemable at any time.

Can I lose my tokens?

Your share is always worth its slice of the basket. If the coins inside go up, your share goes up; if they go down, it goes down. There's no extra rug layer on top — you carry the same market risk as holding the coins directly.

What tokens are eligible?

Solana tokens, with Pump.fun launches as the core focus. A basket needs at least two tokens so it's a real basket and not a single-coin bet.

What chains does Bircel support?

Solana only. Every basket, every underlying coin, and every vault lives on Solana.

Is settlement live?

Not yet. On-chain settlement is currently simulated in this demo — balances are tracked in the app database, not yet settled on-chain. The mechanics, pricing, and flows are real; the vault settlement layer is the next thing to ship.

Demo status

On-chain settlement is currently simulated in this demo — balances are tracked in the app database, not yet settled on-chain. Everything else (baskets, pricing, weights, redemption math) behaves exactly as it will once the vault settlement layer ships.
